Chateau Rabaud-Promis 2005

Chateau Rabaud-Promis – First Growth Sauternes

Bill Blatch: At the risk of being repetitive, the vintage has imparted an unusually rich, fat style to this wine, normally so much tighter-styled. However the château’s character shines through in the form of a very present acidity that make it lively and fun, and it is one of the very few 05s that lend themselves to drinking with just about any food. Very fresh, very satisfying.
