Saturday, March 20th, 2010

This is the first of three videos featuring Denis Dubourdieu, Oenology Professor at the University of Bordeaux since 1987, owner of several Châteaux and consultant winemaker to others both in Bordeaux and around the world. We start with a tasting of the 2009 Château Cantegril from Barsac and discuss both the style of Barsac wines and the philosophy of Denis.

The next video will cover the other Dubourdieu property in Barsac, Château Doisy-Daëne, and we will finish with his unique special cuveé, l’Extravagant de Doisy-Daëne. Bill Blatch
